大会简介
能源互联网是实现新一代电力系统智能互动、开放共享的重要支撑技术之一,也是提升能源调度效率,利于我国能源全国联网的重要行业。然而其整体发展仍处于起步阶段,随着ICEIPS 2023的成功举办,第三届能源互联网及电力系统国际学术会议(ICEIPS 2024)将于2024年10月25-27日在中国广州举行。本次会议旨在并致力于为专家学者、工程技术人员和技术研究人员提供一个学习交流平台,分享科研成果,探索前沿技术,拓展研究思路,从而推动相关领域的发展。热烈欢迎国内外学者投稿并参与会议,期待您的加入!

所有的投稿论文都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所有录用的论文将由Journal of Physics: Conference Series(Online ISSN: 1742-6596, Print ISSN: 1742-6588)出版,见刊后提交EI Compendex和Scopus检索收录。

About ICEIPS 2024
China has taken important and courageous steps to reform its power sector over the last two decades. Under its 9th Five-Year Plan China has proposed to connect all the power systems together and build joint power systems. During the period from the 10th to the 12th Five-Year Plan the West-East Electricity Transfer Project was expanded in scope improving the western provinces‘ electricity-generating capacity. During the 13th Five-Year Plan the term “Energy Internet” first appeared in key documents. The plan aimed to develop a coordinated system ba
Energy Internet is an important technology to support new electrical power systems. It can also be served as an effective approach to improve efficiency for solving the electric dispatch problem. However its development in China is still very incipient.
ICEIPS 2024 aims to provide a learning and exchange platform for experts scholars engineering technicians and technical researchers to share scientific research achievements explore cutting-edge technologies and expand research ideas so as to promote the development of relevant fields. Scholars from home and abroad are warmly welcomed to contribute and participate in the conference.
Speakers
Prof. Fushuan Wen
Zhejiang University China
Professor Fushuan Wen obtained his BE and ME degrees in electrical engineering from Tianjin University China in 1985 and 1988 respectively. He earned his PhD degree from Zhejiang University China in 1991. His research interests encompass various areas including power economics and electricity markets; power system investment planning and operation optimization; smart grids and electric vehicles; power system alarm processing fault diagnosis and system restoration; as well as artificial intelligence applications in power and integrated energy systems. Moreover,his scholarly impact is evident through being listed among “Most Cited Chinese Researchers“ by Elsevier for seven consecutive years starting from2015,and one of his academic papers was recognized as one of China‘s 100 Most Influential Domestic Academic Papers in 2016. Prof Wen serves as the editor-in-chief of Energy Conversion and Economics (SPERI IET Wiley) the deputy editor-in-chief of Journal of Automation of Electric Power Systems a subject editor in power system economics for IET Generation Transmission and Distribution associate editor for Journal of Energy Engineering and Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy. He also sits on the editorial boards of more than 10 journals. Additionally he was elected as an IEEE Fellow in recognition of his contributions to fault diagnosis in power grids.
Prof. Yutian Liu
Shandong University China
Yutian Liu (Senior Member IEEE) received the B.Eng. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Shandong University of Technology Zibo China in 1984 and 1990 respectively and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University Xi’an China in 1994.He is currently a Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering Shandong University. His research interests include power system analysis and control renewable energy integration and artificial intelligence application to power systems.
Prof. Yang Han
University of Electronic Science and Technology of China China
Yang Han (Senior Member IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University (SJTU) Shanghai China in 2010.In 2010 he joined the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) Chengdu China where he has been an Associate Professor in 2013 and Full Professor in 2021. From March 2014 to March 2015 he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Energy Technology Aalborg University Aalborg Denmark. He is currently with the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering UESTC. He holds more than 40 issued and pending patents. He has published a book “Modeling and Control of Power Electronic Converters for Microgrid Applications“ ISBN: 978-3-030-74512-7 (Springer). His research interests include the ac/dc microgrids active distribution cybers power quality grid-connected converters for renewable energy systems active power filters multilevel converters and static synchronous compensators (STATCOMs) Dr. Han has received several national and provincial projects and more than 30 industrial projects in the area of power electronics smart grid microgrid and power quality analysis and compensation. He was listed as “World Top 2% Scientist 2020“ by Stanford University in 2020 and the recipient of the Young Scientist Award in CPESE 2021 the Provincial Science and Technology Award in 2020 Science and Technology Award from Sichuan Electric Power Company in 2019 Academic Talent Award by UESTC in 2017 and Baekhyun Award by the Korean Institute of Power Electronics in 2016. He served as an Associate Editor of Journal of Power Electronics and IEEE ACCESS (2019–2020).
