    第三届人工智能与智能信息处理国际学术会议(AIIIP 2024)将于2024年10月25日-27日在中国-天津举行。

    新一代人工智能理论的快速发展为信息处理技术的提供了新方法,促进了智能信息处理的发展与应用。智能信息处理是信号与信息领域一个前沿、热点的具有广阔应用前景的研究领域。它以人工智能理论为基础,研究文字、图像、语音等信息的智能化处理、通信以及控制等问题。本次会议拟加强国内外相关学者之间的沟通与交流,重点关注当前智能信息处理技术所面临的困难与挑战,着力反映智能信息处理研究的最新进展,为智能信息处理的研究人员和相关企业搭建交流平台,促进和推动产学研的深度融合。

    AIIIP 2024会议投稿经过2-3位组委会专家严格审核后,最终所录用的论文将被ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series) (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0730-8)出版论文集,并提交至EI Compendex, Scopus检索。目前该会议论文检索非常稳定。

    本次会议正在征集以下相关领域的最新研究论文,包括但不限于:

    1. 大会官方语言为英语,论文必须是英文稿件。

    2. 发表论文的作者需提交全文,论文不得少于8页。

    3. 论文应具有学术或实用价值,未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。

    4. 论文须得按照会议模板进行排版。

    Prof. WAH Wan-Sang The Chinese University of Hong Kong China

    IEEE Fellow、ACM Fellow、AAAS Fellow

    WAH Wan-Sang Benjamin Wah is a Research Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and Franklin W. Woeltge Emeritus Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) USA. He previously served as Provost and Wei Lun Professor of Computer Science and Engineering of CUHK Chair of Research Grants Council of Hong Kong and Franklin W. Woeltge Professor of UIUC. He received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of California Berkeley CA USA in 1979.

    Wah‘s contributions to the field of computer science and engineering have been recognized with numerous prestigious awards. These include the IEEE CS Technical Achievement Award the IEEE Millennium Medal the IEEE-CS W. Wallace-McDowell Award the IEEE-CS Richard E. Merwin Award the IEEE-CS Tsutomu Kanai Award and the Distinguished Alumni Award in Computer Science of the University of California Berkeley. His current research interests in big data and multimedia systems have led to significant advancements in these areas. Notably between 2013-18 he served as the Chief Scientist of the China 973 Project entitled “Theory and Applications of Network Big Data Computations.’’

    Wah‘s commitment to advancing knowledge in his field is further evidenced by his editorial roles and affiliations. He co-founded the IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering in 1988 and served as its EIC between 1993 and 1996. He also co-founded and currently serves as the co-EIC of the Journal of Computers and Education: Artificial Intelligence (Elsevier) and is the Honorary Editor-in-Chief of Knowledge and Information Systems. His expertise is sought after by various journals as he serves on the editorial boards of Information Sciences International Journal on Artificial Intelligence Tools Journal of VLSI Signal Processing World Wide Web and Journal of Computer Science and Technology.

    He has served the IEEE Computer Society in various capacities including Vice President for Publications (1998 and 1999) and President (2001). The Hong Kong SAR government awarded him the Bronze Bauhinia Star (2021). He is a Fellow of the AAAS ACM and IEEE.

    Prof. Yiu-ming Cheung Hong Kong Baptist University China

    Yiu-ming Cheung is currently a Chair Professor (Artificial Intelligence) of the Department of Computer Science Dean of Institute for Research and Continuing Education (IRACE) and Associate Director of Institute of Computational and Theoretical Studies in Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). He is an IEEE Fellow AAAS Fellow IET Fellow AAIA Fellow and British Computer Society (BCS) Fellow. He is the awardee of RGC Senior Research Fellow with receiving a fellowship grant of HK$7.8 million over a period of 60 months. Furthermore he has been elected as a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and named a Chair Professor of Changjiang Scholars Program by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China for the dedication and exceptional achievements in his academic career. In addition he is serving as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence.

    His research interests include machine learning and visual computing as well as their applications in data science pattern recognition multi-objective optimization and information security. Moreover he has been granted one Chinese patent and two US patents.

    Prof. Li Qing The Hong Kong Polytechnic University China

    Chair Professor of Data Science and Head IEEE Fellow IET Fellow DMCCF

    Qing Li is currently a Chair Professor (Data Science) and the Head of the Department of Computing the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Formerly he was the founding Director of the Multimedia software Engineering Research Centre (MERC) and a Professor at City University of Hong Kong where he worked in the Department of Computer Science from 1998 to 2018. Prior to these he has also taught at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Australian National University (Canberra Australia). Prof. Li served as a consultant to Microsoft Research Asia (Beijing China) Motorola Global Computing and Telecommunications Division (Tianjin Regional Operations Center) and the Division of Information Technology Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) in Australia. He has been an Adjunct Professor of the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and the Wuhan University and a Guest Professor of the Hunan University (Changsha China) where he got his BEng. degree from the Department of Computer Science in 1982. He is also a Guest Professor (Software Technology) of the Zhejiang University (Hangzhou China) -- the leading university of the Zhejiang province where he was born.

    Prof. Li has been actively involved in the research community by serving as an associate editor and reviewer for technical journals and as an organizer/co-organizer of numerous international conferences.

    Submission & Review Process

    Submissions should be sent to our submission system before the submission deadline. All submissions will be subjected to preliminary review and peer-review (double blind).

    All papers that conform to the submission guidelines will be sent to two review steps. The preliminary review will take 1-3 working days by the conference committee members if the submission passed the preliminary review then it will be sent for peer-reviewed(double blind) by 2-3 Committee Members. The review result comes out within 20-30 days and will be sent to the authors by email along with the review comments.

    If the paper needs necessary revising (minor or major revisions) the revised version should be submitted again for peer review by the initial reviewer(s). Authors are allowed to submit the revisions within 10 days. If the revisions are accepted by the initial reviewer(s) then the revised papers will be accepted by the conference. AIIIP 2024 do not accept multiple submissions plagiarism and self-plagiarism. Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.
