2025 5th International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing (BIC 2025) will be held onJanuary 12-14 2025 in Shenyang China.
BIC 2025 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing to a common forum.
The conference will greatly condense the strength of Chinese scholars in this field and enable Chinese bioinformatics and intelligent computing to develop to a higher level and higher quality. This conference will invite well-known scholars in the field of bioinformatics and intelligent computing at home and abroad. The reports will be divided into: conference reports invited reports oral presentations and poster presentations to exchange achievements in bioinformatics and intelligent computing research and technology Latest results and progress. The organizing committee of the conference sincerely invites scholars in the fields of bioinformatics and intelligent computing colleagues graduate students and related companies engaged in bioinformatics and intelligent computing to participate in the conference.

Xu Ying Chair Professor of School of Medicine Southern University of Science and Technology Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education National Distinguished Expert Computational Systems Biology and Bioinformatics Scholar. In January 2023 he joined the School of Medicine of Southern University of Science and Technology. Previously he was the “Professor of the Board of Trustees” of the Department of Biochemistry of the University of Georgia and the “Distinguished Scholar Chair Professor of the Georgia Science Association” (2003-2022) and the first director of the Institute of Bioinformatics of the University of Georgia (2003-2011). He is AAAS Fellow and IEEE Fellow. In 1991 he received a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Combinatorial Mathematics and Algorithms) from the University of Colorado USA. He joined the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 1993 and worked for ten years serving as assistant researcher researcher senior researcher and group leader (senior staff scientist and group leader). Initially participated in the Human Genome Sequencing Project engaged in the implementation of computational methods and software for searching protein-coding genes in the genome. De-Shuang Huang is a Professor Director of Biomedical Data Mining and Computing ab Eastern Institute of Technology Ningbo China. He is currently the Fellow of the IEEE (IEEE Fellow) the Fellow of the International Association of Pattern Recognition (IAPR Fellow) the Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA) and associated editors of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology & Bioinformatics and IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems etc. He founded the International Conference on Intelligent Computing (ICIC) in 2005. ICIC has since been successfully held annually with him serving as General or Steering Committee Chair. He also served as the 2015 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN2015) General Chair July12-17 2015 Killarney Ireland the 2014 11th IEEE Computational Intelligence in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Conference (IEEE-CIBCBC) Program Committee Chair May 21-24 2014 Honolulu USA. He has published over 480 papers in international journals international conferences proceedings and book chapters. Particularly he has published over 260 SCI indexed papers. His Google Scholar citation number is 23867 times and H index 80. His main research interest includes neural networks pattern recognition and bioinformatics. All papersboth invited and contributed the accepted papers will be published for inclusion into Conference proceedings with meeting scope and quality requirements and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 8 pages.
