第四届计算机、人工智能与控制工程国际学术会议(CAICE 2025)将于2025年1月10-12日在合肥隆重举行!
大会面向基础与前沿、学科与产业,建立起前沿的学术交流平台,将汇聚国内外专家、学者和企业界优秀人才,围绕着计算机、人工智能与控制工程等相关学科领域,探究学术界和产业界面临的机遇与挑战,以期推动相关研究与应用的发展,推进学科发展和促进人才培养。

论文出版
所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所录用的论文将递交到出版社进行见刊,见刊后由出版社提交 EI Compendex, Scopus检索。
投稿须知:
① 论文必须是英文稿件,且论文应具有学术或实用价值,未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。发表论文的作者需提交全文进行同行评审,只做报告不发表论文的作者只需提交摘要。
② 作者可通过CrossCheck, Turnitin或其他查重系统自费查重,否则由文章重复率引起的被拒稿将由作者自行承担责任。涉嫌抄袭的论文将不被出版,且公布在会议主页。
③ 论文需按照会议官网的模板排版,论文模板请前往投稿系统【会议资料】处下载 ,不得少于6页。仅接受全英投稿,如需中文稿件翻译服务,可咨询会务组老师。
④一篇录用论文出版后可收到一本会议论文集,有提供付费额外加购论文集服务。
⑤投稿后请主动添加会议老师微信,方便及时跟进论文状态及后续出版的相关事宜等。

CAICE 2025
As a leading role in the global megatrend of scientific innovation China has been creating a more and more open environment for scientific innovation increasing the depth and breadth of academic cooperation and building a community of innovation that benefits all. Such endeavors are making new contributions to the globalization and creating a community of shared future.
To adapt to this changing world and China‘s fast development in the new era the 4th International Conference on Computer Artificial Intelligence and Control Engineering (CAICE 2025) is to be held in Hefei China in Jan. 10-12 2025. The conference aims to expand international channels of scientific and technological academic exchange build a platform for sharing academic resources promote scientific and technological innovation on a global scale and enhance academic cooperation between China and abroad. The conference also aims to encourage information exchange at the forefront of research in different fields connect the most advanced academic resources at home and abroad transform research results into industrial solutions and bring together talents technologies and capital to promote development.

IEEE Fellow Winner of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars
Zengguang Hou is a researcher at Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA) deputy director of State Key Laboratory of Complex System Management and Control “core backbone“ of the Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology (CEBSIT) and head of the 2035 Innovation Team of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence Innovation Chinese Academy of Sciences. “He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars selected by the Ten Thousand Talents Plan. He is an IEEE Fellow and has published more than 100 academic papers obtained more than 30 patents and won the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award.
Prof. Xin Xu National University of Defence Technology
Winner of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars
Xin Xu is a professor at the National University of Defence Technology and recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. His main research interests include artificial intelligence unmanned systems and vehicle intelligent driving technology. He is the deputy director of Adaptive Dynamic Planning and Reinforcement Learning Committee of Chinese Association of Automation the advisory member of Robot Intelligence Committee the director of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and the vice president of Hunan Automation Society. He has published more than 100 SCI papers in international journals such as IEEE TNNLS IEEE TPAMI Automatica and so on.
Prof. Qinglai Wei Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences
IEEE (CIS) Beijing Chapter Secretary
Qinglai Wei is currently a researcher at the Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences and a member of IEEE. His main research areas include: computational intelligence learning control intelligent control optimal control brain-like learning control reinforcement learning and deep learning smart grid and industrial control system optimisation. He has published more than 40 SCI and EI retrieved papers including the authoritative international journals on neural networks and intelligent control such asIEEE Transactions on Neural NetworksIEEE Transactions on Systems Man and Cybernetics- Part B: CyberneticsIEEE Transactions on Automation Science and EngineeringAutomatica and so on.
Prof. Fuchun Sun Tsinghua University
IEEE Fellow Winner of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholar
Fuchun Sun is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. He is the Fellow of IEEE and recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He is also a member of the Academic Committee of Tsinghua University Director of the Academic Committee of the Department of Computer Science and Technology and Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technologies and Systems. He also serves as the director of the Cognitive Systems and Information Processing Committee of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence the director of the Cognitive Computing and Systems Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the international journalCognitive Computation and Systems Associate Editor or Field Editor of the international journalsIEEE Trans. on Cognitive and Development SystemsIEEE Trans. on Systems Man and Cybernetics. Prof. Dongbin Zhao Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences
IEEE/CAA/AAIA Fellow
Dr Dongbin Zhao is a researcher at Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences a professor at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and IEEE/CAA/AAIA Fellow. He is mainly engaged in the research of deep reinforcement learning algorithms and theories and applications in the fields of game gaming intelligent driving and robotics. He is responsible for a number of key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and key R&D project topics of Ministry of Science and Technology etc. He was awarded the second prize of Beijing Natural Science in 2022 etc. He has published more than 300 papers in international authoritative journals and conferences including more than 20 papers in IEEE TASE/TCDS/TETCI journals which have been cited by Nature and other papers.
Prof. Changyin Sun Anhui University
CAA/CAAI Fellow Winner of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars
Prof Sun Changyin is the President of Anhui University and a Fellow of the Chinese Association of Automation. He has long been engaged in research in the fields of autonomous unmanned systems control robot navigation and localisation and deep reinforcement learning. He is the director of the Engineering Centre of the Ministry of Education for Autonomous Unmanned Systems Technology and has led the preparation of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the Medium- and Long-Term Plan of the Automation Discipline of the Department of Information Science of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published four monographs and received many awards and honours including the Second Prize of National Natural Science.
