    第二届信息化教育与计算机技术国际学术会议(IECA 2025)将于2025年01月17-19日在马来西亚-吉隆坡召开。

    近年来,信息和教育技术领域取得了前所未有的进步,在知识的传播和消费方式方面发挥了变革性作用。这些技术重新构想了传统的教育范式,带来了更具互动性、可访问性和更高效的学习环境。

    论文投稿

    1、会议投稿经过2-3位组委会专家严格审核后,最终所录用的论文将被ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series)出版论文集,并提交至ACM Digital library,EI Compendex, Scopus,谷歌学术检索。目前该会议论文EI、Scopus检索非常稳定。

    Association of Computing Machinery (简称 ACM,美国计算机学会), 创立于1947年,是世界上最大的科学性及教育性计算机学术机构,“计算机届诺贝尔奖”——图灵奖由ACM颁发,ACM Fellow也被认为是计算机、信息领域的重要荣誉之一。

    About IECA 2025

    The fields of Information and Education Technology have seen an unprecedented pace of advancement in recent years playing a transformative role in how knowledge is disseminated and consumed. These technologies have reimagined traditional educational paradigms leading to more interactive accessible and efficient learning environments.

    Information Technology in the context of education is revolutionizing the way we store process and communicate information making it more accessible and meaningful. Advanced analytics artificial intelligence and cloud computing are some of the technological developments that have profoundly impacted the way educational institutions manage and use data leading to more personalized and effective learning experiences. Education Technology often termed EdTech encompasses a broad array of tools such as digital classrooms interactive online courses and AI-driven tutoring systems all aimed at enhancing the learning process. Over time these technologies have opened up new learning avenues improved student engagement and made education more inclusive. From machine learning algorithms that adapt to students‘ learning styles to VR applications that provide immersive learning experiences the opportunities are limitless.

    2025 2nd International Conference on Informatics Education and Computer Technology Applications (IECA 2025)will be held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia during January 17-19 2025 . The conference will delve into the latest research findings emerging trends and innovative practices in these rapidly evolving fields.     Prof. Yonghui Li (ARC Future Fellow Fellow IEEE)

    The University of Sydney Australia

    Yonghui Li is now a Professor and Director of Wireless Engineering Laboratory in School of Electrical and Information Engineering University of Sydney. He is the recipient of the Australian Research Council (ARC)Queen Elizabeth II Fellowship in 2008 and ARC Future Fellowship in 2012. He is an IEEE Fellow. His current research interests are in the area of wireless communications. Professor Li was an editor for IEEE transactions on communications IEEE transactions on vehicular technology and guest editors for several special issues of IEEE journals such as IEEE JSAC IEEE IoT Journals IEEE Communications Magazine. He received the best paper awards from several conferences. He has published one book more than 300 papers in premier IEEE journals and more than 200 papers in premier IEEE conferences. His publications have been cited more than 20000 times.

    Prof. Li Qing (Fellow IEEE)

    The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Hongkong China

    Qing Li is currently a Chair Professor (Data Science) and the Head of the Department of Computing the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Formerly he was the founding Director of the Multimedia software Engineering Research Centre (MERC) and a Professor at City University of Hong Kong where he worked in the Department of Computer Science from 1998 to 2018. Prior to these he has also taught at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Australian National University (Canberra Australia). Prof. Li served as a consultant to Microsoft Research Asia (Beijing China) Motorola Global Computing and Telecommunications Division (Tianjin Regional Operations Center) and the Division of Information Technology Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) in Australia. He has been an Adjunct Professor of the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and the Wuhan University and a Guest Professor of the Hunan University (Changsha China) where he got his BEng. degree from the Department of Computer Science in 1982. He is also a Guest Professor (Software Technology) of the Zhejiang University (Hangzhou China) -- the leading university of the Zhejiang province where he was born.

    Prof. Li has been actively involved in the research community by serving as an associate editor and reviewer for technical journals and as an organizer/co-organizer of numerous international conferences. He is currently a Fellow of IEEE and IET/IEE a member of ACM-SIGMOD and IEEE Technical Committee on Data Engineering. He is the chairperson of the Hong Kong Web Society and also served/is serving as an executive committee (EXCO) member of IEEE-Hong Kong Computer Chapter and ACM Hong Kong Chapter. In addition he serves as a councilor of the Database Society of Chinese Computer Federation (CCF) a member of the Big Data Expert Committee of CCF and is a Steering Committee member of DASFAA ER ICWL UMEDIA and WISE Society.
