    第五届公共管理与智能社会国际学术会议将在2025年3月21-23日在杭州召开。PMIS 2025以“管理、创新、智能”为主题,建设智能社会和研究公共管理一直是一个前沿和热点问题,PMIS 2025将公共管理和智能社会领域的创新学者和行业专家聚集在一个共同的论坛上,专注于智能社会中的公共管理、智能社会的技术创新和先进的智能交通系统,促进相关领域的研究人员、开发人员、学生和从业者之间的科学信息交流,并促进相关研究和开发活动。

    论文出版

    所有投递PMIS 2025会议的稿件都必须经过2-3位组委会专家的严格审稿,最终所录用的论文将由出版社出版,见刊后由出版社提交会议论文集至Scopus、EI Compendex,Google Scholar进行检索。

    About PMIS 2025

    2025 5th International Conference on Public Management and Intelligent Society

    In an era characterized by rapid technological advancement and globalization public management faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities. The integration of artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making is reshaping the landscape of governance and public administration. As societies evolve there is a pressing need to understand how these innovations can be leveraged for effective public service delivery policy formulation and community engagement. PMIS 2025 aims to address the urgent need for interdisciplinary dialogue among scholars practitioners and policymakers about the effects of these transformations on public management frameworks and societal outcomes.

    The primary objective of PMIS 2025 is to foster an inclusive platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration among experts in public management technology and social sciences. By bringing together diverse perspectives the conference seeks to explore innovative solutions that harness the power of intelligent technologies while addressing ethical considerations and societal impacts. Participants will engage in thought-provoking discussions aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and responsiveness of public institutions in the context of a rapidly changing societal landscape.

    PMIS 2025 will encompass a range of themes that reflect the intersection of public management and intelligent society. Key areas of focus include digital governance e-participation smart cities and the ethical implications of AI in public administration. Additionally the conference will delve into the role of big data in policy-making stakeholder engagement and the transformation of public services. Workshops and panel discussions will facilitate knowledge exchange and provide attendees with practical insights on implementing intelligent solutions that promote transparency accountability and public trust in governance.

    Publication

    All papers both invited and contributed will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers of PMIS 2025 will be published in conference proceedings and submitted to Inspec and CNKI for indexing and where applicable also submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus (Subject to acceptance).

    Note: All submitted articles should report original results experimental or theoretical not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
