大会简介
第二届图像处理、智能控制与计算机工程国际学术会议(IPICE 2025)将于2025年7月25-27日在中国郑州举行。本届会议由河南大学和大连大学联合主办。会议主要围绕图像处理、智能控制与计算机工程等研究领域展开，旨在为从事计算机等相关研究的专家学者提供一个交流科研成果和前沿技术的平台，了解学术发展趋势，拓宽研究思路，加强学术研究和讨论，促进学术成果产业化合作。
大会诚邀国内外高校、科研机构的专家、学者、商界人士及其他相关人士投稿参会!

Keynote Speaker
周挥宇 教授, 莱斯特大学，英国
英国莱斯特大学计算与数学科学学院教授。周教授在该领域发表了450多篇同行评审论文,H-Index为58。曾获“CVIU 2012 Most Cited Paper Award”、“MIUA 2020 Best Paper Award”、“ICPRAM 2016 Best Paper Award”，并被提名“ICPRAM 2017 Best Student Paper Award”和“MBEC 2006 Nightingale Prize”。 他的研究工作得到英国EPSRC、ESRC、AHRC、MRC、欧盟、皇家学会、Leverhulme Trust、Invest NI、Puffin Trust、Alzheimer’s Research UK、Invest NI和工业界的支持。
研究方向：开发人工智能/机器学习算法、计算机视觉、智能系统和信号处理。
Anu Gokhale 教授，St. Augustine’s University, USA
Anu Gokhale博士目前是美国圣奥古斯丁大学计算机信息系统系的教授兼系主任。她已被美国学院与大学协会选为2023-24年度融合研究员。此前，她是伊利诺伊州立大学(ISU)计算机系统技术项目的杰出教授和协调员。Gokhale已经完成了三十年的教职工作，并获得了多个学院和大学的研究、教学和服务奖项。2016-17年，Gokhale被任命为巴西伯南布哥大学STEM+C富布赖特杰出主席。
刘亚俊 教授，华南理工大学，中国
现任华南理工大学机械与汽车工程学院教授。
2009年12月-2010年12月，美国普渡大学流体动力研究中心(FPRC)访问教授。
2005年2月-2016年7月，中国托克海姆合资公司，博士后研究员。
2002年6月获得机械工程博士学位。 华南理工大学，广州，中国。
研究方向：数字信号处理技术及其在机械系统中的应用(如液压系统节能);智能控制与制造工程等。

曾念寅 教授，厦门大学，中国
曾念寅，厦门大学教授，博士生导师。主持国家自然科学基金和福建省杰出青年基金等20余项科研项目。发表SCI收录学术论文100余篇，谷歌引用万余次，H因子42、ESI高被引/热点论文21篇;主编/参编出版专著/教材/章节5部;获授权国家发明专利等知识产权18项(转化2项)、团体标准1项。获中国发明协会发明创业成果二等奖、福建省自然科学二等奖和三等奖、重庆市自然科学一等奖、厦门市科技进步二等奖等科技奖;入选厦门大学“南强青年拔尖人才计划”、福建省杰青、韩国International Scholar Exchange Fellowship、全球前2%顶尖科学家称号和科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”等荣誉称号;担任Neurocomputing等10个期刊副编辑和编委工作。

所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将由ACM International Conference Proceedings Series出版，见刊后提交至EI Compendex, Scopus检索。检索稳定！
参会方式
1、会议文作者参会：一篇录用文章允许一名作者免费参会;
2、会议主讲嘉宾：申请主题演讲，由组委会审核；
3、会议口头报告：申请口头报告，时间为15分钟；
4、会议海报展示：申请海报展示，A1尺寸，彩色打印；
5、听众参会：不投稿仅参会，也可申请演讲及展示。

· Submission & Publication
All papers both invited and contributed will be reviewed by two or three experts. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers of IPICE 2025 will be published in ACM International Conference Proceedings Series and will be submitted to EI Compendex Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 8 pages.
