大会简介
第四届高性能计算与通信工程国际学术会议（HPCCE 2024）将于2024年11月22-24日在苏州召开。HPCCE 2024将围绕“高性能计算与通信工程”的最新研究领域，为来自国内外高等院校、科学研究所、企事业单位的专家、教授、学者、工程师等提供一个分享专业经验、扩大专业网络、展示研究成果的国际平台，以期推动该领域理论、技术在高校和企业的发展和应用，也为参会者建立业务或研究上的联系以及寻找未来事业上的全球合作伙伴。大会诚邀国内外高校、科研机构专家、学者，企业界人士及其他相关人员参会交流。
征稿主题：
1、高性能计算（并行与分布式计算、嵌入式系统、先进算法、计算机建模、大数据与云计算、数据库应用和数据挖掘、计算智能、网络和集群计算、Web服务和Internet计算、云计算、效用计算、绩效评估和衡量、用于软件开发的工具和环境、高性能的科学和工程计算、生物/分子计算、移动计算和无线通信、计算机网络、电信、自动化，可靠性和容错性、信任，安全和隐私等）；
2、通信工程（软件工程、通信信号处理、雷达工程、数字信号处理、微波技术与天线、电磁场与电磁波、图像处理、计算机视觉、电子科学与技术、模拟电子技术通信原理、无线通信、数字通信、多媒体通信、互联网通信、天线与电波传播、光通信与光网络、移动互联网与终端、射频技术、卫星通信、移动通信、现代交换技术、数据挖掘、人工智能、地理信息系统（GIS）、物联网工程、密码学等）；

出版信息：
HPCCE 2024 投稿的全文将进行同行审稿，至少2-3位专家审稿之后，最终所录用的论文将被SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X)出版，出版后由出版社提交 EI Compendex, Scopus数据库。

参会方式：
1、作者参会：一篇录用文章允许一名作者免费参会；
2、主讲嘉宾：申请主题演讲，由组委会审核；
3、口头演讲：申请口头报告，时间为15分钟；
4、海报展示：申请海报展示，A1尺寸；
5、听众参会：不投稿仅参会，也可申请演讲及展示。

To adapt to this changing world and China’s fast development in this new area, 2024 4th International Conference on High Performance Computing and Communication Engineering (HPCCE 2024) is to be held on November 22-24, 2024 in Suzhou, China. HPCCE 2024 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of “High Performance Computing (HPC) and Emerging Technologies“ and ”Optoelectronics and Photonic Communication Systems“ to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in High Performance Computing and Communication Engineering. And another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in High Performance Computing and Communication Engineering and related areas.

If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend HPCCE 2024 as a Presenter. Submission
● The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.
● Please send the full paper(word+pdf) to Submission System(Chinese) / Submission System(English).
● Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.
● Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.
Publication
● All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of HPCCE 2024 will be published and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
