    建设生态文明,关系人民社会福祉,关乎民族未来。随着全球生态环境问题日益凸显,环境污染与治理已成为国际关注的焦点,是可持续发展和高质量发展亟待解决的重要议题。环境污染不仅会对人类的健康产生重大的影响,还会对社会-经济-生态-环境宏系统产生深远的影响,为区域、国家乃至世界生态环境保护和修复带来了巨大的挑战。

    为加强生态环境保护、以高水平保护支撑高质量发展、提高中原生态环境修复技术与能力,推动中原生态环境高质量发展,助力‘区域重大战略生态环境保护重大战略’,由华北水利水电大学、河南大学、南京信息工程大学、西安工程大学、浙江海洋大学等协同发起的中原生态水文论坛暨第四届环境污染与治理国际学术会议,拟定于2024年10月25-27日在郑州市举办。

    会议通过聚焦“中原生态水文论坛”,致力于探讨区域生态学的基础理论和前沿热点、技术方法和实践应用,诚挚邀请国内外高校、科研院所、环保企业等单位从事生态学领域的专家学者、工程技术人员、技术研发人员一道,共同探讨环境污染与治理国际前沿,梳理中原生态环境污染与治理技术领域所面临的关键性挑战问题和研究方向,旨在推动该领域理论研究的深化和技术创新的突破、促进这些成果在高校和企业的实际应用。以高品质生态环境支撑中原高质量发展,为新时代新征程中原更加出彩厚植绿色底色!

    王会军院士,大气科学家,中国科学院院士,挪威技术科学院院士,中国科学院大气物理研究所研究员(二级)、博士生导师,南京信息工程大学学术委员会主任,主要从事古气候模拟、季风变异和气候预测理论等方面的研究工作,完成了中国首个基于自己气候模式的全球变暖定量模拟结果,2003年与挪威著名科学家Ola Johannessen教授共同创立了竺可桢—南森国际研究中心;2013年,被选为挪威技术科学院院士和首批国家“万 人计划”百千万 人才工程领军人才,成为中国科学院—美国能源部气候变化合作研究之中方首席科学家。2013年当选为中国科学院院士。曾获何梁何利科学与技术进步奖、国家自然科学二等奖等奖项。

    韩士杰教授,生态学博士,博士导师。中国科学院二级研究员,中科 院大学特聘教授,河南大学/曲阜师范大学特聘教授。中科 院“百人 计划(A)”入选者,国家 “百千万 人才工程” 首批入选者。

    长期从事界面生态学、全球变化和森林碳收支科学研究工作。主持十三五国家重点研发计划(全球变化应对专项)项目、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目、国家科技基础性工作专项重点项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目5项。曾任吉林长白山森林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站站长14年。先后获国家科技进步二等奖、世界气象组织MUMM奖、国家基金委全球变化与区域响应重大项目验收五个代表成果之一、优秀百人 计划团队、河南省自然科学一等奖。获国 务院政府特殊津贴、国家先进野外科技工作者、中 科院CERN特殊贡献奖、朱李月华奖。在国际主流期刊发表SCI论文三百余篇,总主编或主编科学出版社著作6部。

    刘俊国教授,瑞士工程科学院院士、欧洲科学院外籍院士,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国家万 人计划科技创新领军人才。享受国务 院特殊津贴,入选美国科学促进会会士、英国皇家地理学会会士、英国皇家气象学会会士。刘俊国教授长期从事水资源和生态修复方面的科研和教学工作,提出了“三维水资源短缺”和“渐进式生态修复”理论,在水资源时空演变、水质性缺水评价和河流生态修复等方面取得了系统性创新成果。在Nature、Science、PNAS、《中国科学》《科学通报》等国内外重要刊物发表论文270余篇,先后入选全球高被引科学家、全球顶尖科学家榜单等。兼任联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)第六次评估报告主要作者、国际水文科学协会中国国家委员会副主席、北京市科学技术协会常委等职。荣获发展中国家科学院(TWAS)奖、美国地球物理学会(AGU)水文领域Paul A. Witherspoon Lecture奖;欧洲地球科学联合会(EGU)“杰出青年科学家奖”、国际恢复生态学学会“技术传播奖”、中国青年科技奖、教育部“青年科学奖”等。

    投稿参会方式和说明

    投稿说明

    1.您可以通过在线提交系统投稿您的论文,论文页数不少于6页且不超过12页,论文应为全英文原创稿件,未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过;

    2.论文需按照模板排版,论文内容不能少于6页;

    3.审稿流程:本次会议采用先投稿,先送专家评审的方式进行,审稿周期约1-2周;

    4.所有提交的论文都是报告原始的,未发表过的研究成果,实验和理论成果,投稿的文章应符合这些标准,不得考虑在其他地方发表,涉嫌抄袭的论文将不被出版。

    About ICEPG 2024 ——

    2024 4th International Conference on Environmental Pollution and Governance(ICEPG 2024)

    We are pleased to announce 2024 4th  International Conference on Environmental Pollution and Governance (ICEPG 2024) will be held on Octorber 25-27 2024 in Zhengzhou China.

    The aim as well as objective of ICEPG 2024 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Environmental Pollution and Remediation topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up-to-date scientific fields.

    The focus is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share ideas and to present the works of scientists engineers educators and students from all over the world. The organizing committee of conference is pleased to invite prospective authors to submit their original manuscripts to ICEPG 2024.

    Prof. Huijun Wang

    Academician Wang Huijun atmospheric scientist academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences academician of the Norwegian Academy of Technical Sciences researcher (second class) and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences director of the Academic Committee of the Nanjing University of Information and Engineering (NUIE) is mainly engaged in paleoclimate simulation monsoon variability and climate prediction theory and has completed China‘s first quantitative simulation of global warming based on its own climate model. In 2003 he co-founded the Zhu Kezhen-Nansen International Research Center with the famous Norwegian scientist Prof. Ola Johannessen. In 2013 he was elected as an academician of the Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences and one of the first batch of leading talents of the National “Ten Thousand Talents Program” and became a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences-US Department of Energy Climate Change Collaboration Committee. In 2013 he was elected as a member of the Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences and the first batch of leading talents of the National “Ten Thousand Talents Program” and became the Chinese Chief Scientist of the Chinese Academy of Sciences-U.S. Department of Energy Climate Change Collaborative Research. In 2013 he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been awarded the Ho Leung Ho Lee Prize for Progress in Science and Technology and the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award.

    Prof. Shijie Han

    Prof. Shijie Han Doctor of Ecology Doctoral Supervisor. Dr.Shijie Han is a second-class researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) a Distinguished Professor of CAS and a Distinguished Professor of Henan University/Qufu Normal University. He is a member of the “Hundred Talents Program (A)” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and one of the first batch of the “One Million Talents Project” of China.

    He has long been engaged in scientific research on interfacial ecology global change and forest carbon sequestration. He has presided over 5 projects of the 13th Five-Year National Key Research and Development Program (Global Change Response Special Project) the National Key Basic Research Program (973 Program) the National Science and Technology Basic Work Special Project and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He was the director of the National Field Scientific Observatory of Changbaishan Forest Ecosystem in Jilin for 14 years. He has been awarded the Second Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress the MUMM Prize of the World Meteorological Organization one of the five representative results of the Major Project on Global Change and Regional Response of the National Foundation of China the Outstanding Hundred-People Plan Team and the First Prize of Natural Science of Henan Province. He has been awarded the Special Government Allowance of the State Council the National Advanced Field Science and Technology Worker the CERN Special Contribution Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Zhu Li Yuehua Award. He has published more than 300 SCI papers in major international journals and has edited or edited six books by Science Press.

    Prof. Junguo Liu

    Prof. Junguo Liu is a member of the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences and a foreign member of the European Academy of Sciences. He is a recipient of the National Outstanding Young Scientist Fund and a leading talent in science and technology innovation under the National Ten Thousand Talents Program. He enjoys the special allowance of the State Council and has been elected as a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a Fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society. Prof. Liu has long been engaged in scientific research and teaching on water resources and ecological restoration and has put forward the theories of “three-dimensional water shortage” and “progressive ecological restoration” and achieved systematic and innovative results in spatial and temporal evolution of water resources evaluation of water quality shortage and ecological restoration of rivers. He has made systematic innovations in the spatial and temporal evolution of water resources evaluation of water quality shortage and river ecological restoration. He has published more than 270 papers in Nature Science PNAS Science China Science Bulletin and other important journals at home and abroad and has been selected as one of the world‘s most highly cited scientists and the world‘s top scientists list etc. He is also a member of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). He is also the main author of the Sixth Assessment Report of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) the vice-chairman of the Chinese National Committee of the International Association of Hydrological Sciences and a member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Association of Science and Technology. He has received the TWAS Award the Paul A. Witherspoon Lecture Award in Hydrology from the American Geophysical Union (AGU) the European Geosciences Union (EGU) Outstanding Young Scientist Award the International Society for Restorat.
