大会简介
2025年韧性城市与安全工程国际学术会议（ICRCSE 2025）将于2025年6月6-8日在南京举办，本届会议将涵盖一系列话题，包括但不限于城市基础设施韧性/生态韧性/社区韧性/大数据与城市韧性管理/智能交通系统在韧性城市中的应用等。
本次论坛为韧性城市与安全工程领域学术研讨搭建了一个国际交流平台，旨在汇集全球领域内的学者、研究人员、政策制定者以及业界领导者，共同探讨各种与韧性城市与安全工程相关的最新趋势、技术革新以及未来发展方向，促进领域内学术问题的深入交流和经验分享。
论文出版
本会议投稿经过2-3位组委会专家严格审核之后，最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式正式出版，见刊后由出版社提交至EI Compendex、Scopus、Inspec等数据库检索。
论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。作者可通过iThenticate或其他查询体统自费查重，否则由文章重复率引起的被拒搞将由作者自行承担责任。涉嫌抄袭的论文将不被出版，且公布在会议主页。
征稿主题
包括但不仅限于以下主题：
1、韧性城市：城市基础设施韧性、生态韧性、社区韧性、大数据与城市韧性管理、智能交通系统、可再生能源与城市能源系统、技术韧性、环境安全评估与韧性设计、建筑设计中的韧性与安全、气候变化与城市韧性、数字韧性与智慧城市、可再生能源的城市应用、城市的社会空间构建、城市生态系统服务
2、安全工程：生态安全与环境保护、电力和能源安全、建筑耐震与韧性设计、城市基础设施与恢复力、建筑耐震与韧性设计、生态安全与城市韧性、工程结构分析与设计、安全监控与智能安全工程、安全工程中的风险管理体系、安全科学与工程、数字安全与城市韧性、交通安全与韧性管理、设施安全与工程设计、城市灾害防治技术
参会方式
1、作者参会：一篇录用文章提供一名作者免费参会名额；
2、主讲嘉宾：申请主题演讲，由组委会审核；
3、口头演讲：申请口头报告，时间为15分钟；
4、海报展示：申请海报展示，A1尺寸，彩色打印；
5、听众参会：不投稿仅参会，也可申请演讲及展示；
6、企业赞助：开放展位、展架展示、资料装袋、宣传片播放、技术报告等多种企业参与形式，请详询秘书处。
2025 International Conference on Resilient City and Safety Engineering（ICRCSE 2025）will be held on June 6-8 2025 in Nanjing China. The conference will cover a range of topics including but not limited to urban infrastructure resilience ecological resilience community resilience big data and urban resilience management intelligent transportation systems in resilient cities. This forum builds an international exchange platform for academic discussions in the field of resilient cities and safety engineering aiming to bring together scholars researchers policy makers and industry leaders in the field from around the world to discuss the latest trends technological innovations and future development directions of various resilient cities and safety engineering and to promote in-depth exchanges of academic issues and sharing of experiences in the field.

After 2-3 experts of the organizing committee strictly audited the contribution of the conference all the final papers will be officially published in the form of conference proceedings. After the publication the publishing house will submit them to EI Compendex Scopus Inspec and other databa
All submitted articles should report original research results experimental or theoretical not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
