大会简介
随着前5年的成功，ICEMEE在2025年迎来了第六届。很荣幸地宣布，第六届城市建设与管理工程国际学术会议（ICUCME 2025） 将于2025年7月11日至13日在中国-陕西-西安举行。会议主要围绕城市建设与管理工程等研究领域展开讨论。会议旨在为从事城市建设与管理工程研究的专家学者、工程技术人员、技术研发人员提供一个共享科研成果和前沿技术，了解学术发展趋势，拓宽研究思路，加强学术研究和探讨，促进学术成果转化合作的平台。大会诚邀国内外高校、科研机构专家、学者，企业界人士及其他相关人员参会交流。
主讲嘉宾（2024）
何宝杰教授，重庆大学（重庆大学建筑与城市规划学院教授、巴渝学者、博导、气候韧性与低碳城市中心负责人、日本广岛大学可持续发展与和平教育研究院研究员、2022年和2023年蝉联全球高被引科学家（科睿唯安）；发表SCI、SSCI期刊发表同行评审论文140余篇, H因子44。受邀担任多个国际知名期刊专题主编、首席客座编辑、副主编、编委、会议主席、分会主席、科学委员会、特约审稿人等。获得2022年可持续青年科学家奖，2021年获绿色人才奖（德国）和2019年获国家优秀留学生奖学金（中国）。于2020、2021、2022、2023年连续入围全球顶尖2%科学家。）
Zakiah Ahmad教授，玛拉工艺大学（拥有 30 多年的教学和研究经验，主要研究木材工程和木材复合材料；研究领域还包括纳米聚合物复合材料和水泥复合材料。指导过 60 多名研究生。她在期刊和论文集上发表了 300 多篇论文，撰写了 10 本书和几本行业手册。此外，还担任过许多国际期刊和会议论文的审稿人。在众多国家和国际级研讨会和会议上发表木材相关主题的主旨论文（超过 70 篇）。已获得并领导了 60 多项来自政府和行业的研究基金，总价值超过 2000 万马币。研究项目在国内和国际研究竞赛中获得了 40 多个奖项，包括金奖、银奖、特别奖和大奖。获得顶级研究科学家奖，被任命为马来西亚科学院院士，以及获得马来西亚大学的奖学金。）
刘煜教授，西北工业大学（澳大利亚新南威尔士大学（UNSW）博士。西北工业大学建筑学学科负责人；设计学博导、建筑学硕导；学校国际合作可持续建筑与环境研究所（Sustainable Building and Environmental Research Institute, SBERI）创始人/所长、西安市国际科技合作基地-可持续建筑与环境国际联合研究中心 （International Joint Research Center on Sustainable Building and Environment) 负责人；澳大利亚悉尼科技大学（UTS）访问学者、瑞典皇家理工学院（KTH）高级访问学者。历任西北工业大学建筑系主任、建筑设计研究所所长、力学与土木建筑学院副院长等职。主要研究方向为绿色、生态及可持续建筑。）
胡斌副教授，北京工业大学（博士，副教授，硕士生导师，北京工业大学地下空间规划设计研究所所长，国家一级注册建筑师，校设计院副总建筑师。北京市中青年骨干教师，组织部优秀人才。 主要研究领域：公共建筑设计及理论、城市设计、地下空间规划设计、轨道交通与城市一体化发展等。从事建筑设计与城市设计理论与实践20余年。负责和参与国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金北京市教委基金、北京市规自委专题等10多项国家级、省部级科研课题。以第一作者发表论文50余篇，其中北大核心期刊论文20多篇。 中国建筑学会地下空间学术委员会理事、中国建筑学会无障碍专委会委员、中国建筑学会建筑防火与区划委员会委员、中国岩石力学与工程学会地下空间分会理事。 教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文评审专家，全国本科毕业论文（设计）抽检评审专家库专家，北京市自然科学基金评审专家。北京市人力社保局高级专业技术资格评审委员会委员、中国建筑学会会员、北京城市规划学会会员。《新建筑》、《地下空间工程学报》、《北京建筑大学学报》等期刊审稿专家。）

论文出版
(一）会议论文
ICUCME 2025投稿经过2-3位组委会专家严格审核之后，最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式正式出版，见刊后由出版社提交至EI Compendex、Scopus、Inspec等数据库检索。
（二）SCI期刊
额外征集优秀论文，按SCI期刊论文要求审稿，直接推荐至SCI期刊发表
注意：请投递Word版本，初稿无需排版。通过初步审核后，大会将给出论文模板。
（三）普刊

With the success of the first five years ICEMEE is now in its sixth year in 2025. It is an honor to announce that the 2025 6th International Conference on Urban Construction and Management Engineering（ICUCME 2025）will be held in Xi‘an China from July 11 to 13 2025. The conference mainly focused on the research fields of urban construction and management engineering.
The purpose of the conference is to provide a platform for experts and scholars engineering and technical personnel and technical R & D personnel engaged in urban construction and management engineering research to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies understand academic development trends broaden research ideas strengthen academic research and discussion and promote the transformation and cooperation of academic achievements. The conference invites domestic and foreign universities scientific research institutions experts scholars business people and other relevant personnel to participate in the exchange.
