2025 5th International Conference on Optics and Communication Technology（ICOCT 2025） will be held on July 18-20 2025 in Harbin China. Publication

All papers both invited and contributed will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers of ICOCT 2025 will be published by Conference Proceedings it will be submitted to EI Scopus for indexing.
