    论文出版

    本会议所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所录用的论文将递交至出版社,出版后提交至EI Compendex、Scopus检索。

    投稿须知:

    ◆论文不得少于5页,文章需保持原创,且未在其他平台或渠道正式发表。

    ◆会议论文模板下载→ 前往“会议资料”栏目下载。

    ◆会议仅接受全英稿件。只做报告不发表论文的作者只需提交摘要。如需翻译服务,请咨询会议负责老师。

    ◆投稿后请安排一位代表/作者主动添加会议秘书微信,方便及时沟通和跟进论文状态。

    1、口头演讲:申请口头报告,时间为15分钟;

    2、海报展示:申请海报展示,A1尺寸,JPG格式;

    3、听众参会:不投稿仅参会,也可申请演讲及展示。

    The 2nd International Conference on Microelectronics and Nanotechnology (ICMN 2025) aims to bring together leading researchers industry professionals and students from around the globe to explore the latest advancements in microelectronics and nanotechnology. Scheduled on August 8-10 2025 at Chengdu China this conference will feature a wide array of technical sessions keynote speeches and networking opportunities fostering collaboration and innovation in these rapidly evolving fields.

    Publication

    All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex Scopus for indexing.

    Note: All submitted articles should report original research results experimental or theoretical not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
