大会简介
2024年第三届信号处理、计算机网络与通信国际学术会议(SPCNC 2024)将于2024年12月20-22日于三亚召开,本届大会由郑州大学主办,浙江大学、河南工业大学协办,北京工业大学、河海大学支持举办。
会议录用率高,论文投稿后将经过三轮审稿,录用后拟提交至ACM出版社,按照往届经验预计会后5-6个月左右检索。
会议的主要议题包括:信号处理、通信、计算机网络、网络安全等主题。

陈艳姣教授,博导
浙江大学,中国
陈艳姣教授,目前任职于浙江大学电气工程学院,任bai人计划研究员、博士生导师。2010年本科毕业于清华大学电子工程系,2015年博士毕业于香港科技大学计算机科学与工程系,曾任加拿大多伦多大学博士后、武汉大学研究员。主要从事智能物联网安全研究,在计算机网络和信息安全等领域国际权威期刊和会议上发表论文100余篇,进入中组部第五批“wan人计划青年拔尖人才”项目会评答辩;入选湖北省“bai人计划”青年百人、湖北省“楚天学者计划”楚天学子;获香港科学会青年科学家提名奖、ACM-武汉新星奖;担任ACM CCS、USENIX Security、NDSS、IEEE INFOCOM等国际会议程序委员会成员;担任IEEE TIFS等国际期刊编委。
她的主要研究方向为人工智能安全、智能语音安全、物联网安全等。
张震教授,博导
郑州大学,中国
张震教授,现任郑州大学电气与信息工程学院教授、博士生导师,大数据协同安全技术国家工程实验室副主任、河南省教育厅学术技术带头人、中国图象图形学学会理事等。于1997年和2008年获得解放军信息工程大学信息与通信工程专业的硕士和博士学位,2005年在英国曼彻斯特大学留学访问。
张教授主持多项国家重点研发计划、河南省重点研发专项项目,担任“仪表技术与传感器”等期刊编委和论文审稿专家,在国内外期刊和国际会议上共发表论文60余篇论文、出版12本专著、获4个专利。
研究方向:计算机视觉、图像处理与模式识别、人工智能、智能信息处理。
秦瑶教授, 硕导/副院长
河南工业大学,中国
秦瑶,现任河南工业大学信息科学与工程学院副院长、教授、硕士生导师。毕业于中国科学院电子学研究所,获电磁场与微波技术专业博士学位;2016年任美国休斯敦大学访问学者。先后主持并参加了十余项科研课题的研究攻关任务,其中主持国家及省部级项目3项,主持地厅级各类项目13项。先后获得省教育厅科技成果奖,省工业与信息化厅科技成果奖等奖项。发表学术论文30余篇,被SCI/EI收录10余篇。获河南省教育厅科技进步二等奖4项、获授权发明专利6项。
研究方向:雷达信号处理,微波成像技术。
方超副教授,博导

方超,北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院博士,北京工业大学副教授(2018-至今)、博士生导师(2020-至今),加拿大Carleton University联合培养博士(2013-2014)、博士后(2016),英国Queen Mary University of London(2022-2023)、日本Kyoto University(2018)和Muroran Institute of Technology(2019)、澳大利亚Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization(2019)和University of Technology Sydney(2018)、香港Hong Kong Polytechnic University(2018-2019)等国际学术机构访问学者。目前担任IEEE Senior Member、IEEE Communications Society Senior Member、中国通信学会与计算机学会高级会员,同时担任IEEE Communications Society亚太技术事务委员会副主席。
研究方向:未来网络、网络智能控制、边缘智能计算。

With the advent of the information age computer networks and communication technologies have developed rapidly. Advanced signal processing computer network and communication technologies not only improve people‘s work efficiency and quality of life but also promote the development and application of science and technology in society and the country.
In order to promote academic exchanges between scholars and researchers in related fields share advanced technical solutions and explore the latest development trends in the industry on the basis of the successful holding of SPCNC 2022 and SPCNC 2023 the 3rd International Conference on Signal Processing Computer Networks and Communications (SPCNC 2024) will be held in Sanya China during December 20-22 2024.

PUBLICATION
All papers both invited and contributed will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers of SPCNC 2024 will be published in ACM Conference Proceedings which will be indexed by Ei Compendex Scopus.

(1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.
(2) All submitted articles should report original research results experimental or theoretical not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
