由南宁学院主办的2025年智慧交通与新能源技术国际学术会议将于2025年4月25-27日在南宁举办。会议旨在探讨和展示前沿研究成果与实践应用，聚焦智慧交通系统和新能源技术的交叉领域。在全球气候变化和能源危机背景下，智慧交通和新能源技术的融合显得尤为关键。会议议题主要涵盖智能交通管理系统、无人驾驶技术、电动汽车与充电基础设施、可再生能源发电与电网集成等。随着物联网、大数据和人工智能的发展，智慧交通在提升交通效率和安全方面取得了显著进展；同时，新能源技术的发展推动了交通系统的绿色转型。此次会议将汇聚来自学术界、工业界的专家学者，探讨解决方案，共享研究成果，推动该领域的持续创新，促进可持续发展的智慧交通体系的构建。

南宁学院的前身是中国国 民党革命委员会广西壮族自治区委员会于1985年创办的邕江大学，2009年，南宁市政府委托南宁威宁集团以股份制的形式参与办学，成为共同举办者，双方在章程中明确不从办学中获取经济回报；2011年，合作共建的新校区投入使用；2012年学校升格为本科高校，更名为南宁学院。学校设有专业二级学院10个，开办本科专业38个，覆盖工学、管理学、艺术学、经济学、教育学等5大学科门类，全日制在校生21862人，其中本科生21474人。

范毅，教授，交通运输学院院长。硕士生导师、南宁市高层次D类人才、南宁市首席技师、广西科技专家库专家、广西标准化协会专家库专家、广西科学传播专家、广西汽车工程学会理事、广西机械工程学会机械设计与传动分会理事、中国机械工程学会高级会员、中国内燃机学会高级会员、中国汽车工程学会会员。研究方向：新能源与智能汽车技术、动力机械及工程。近年来，主持完成省部级教改项目3项，承担市厅级以上项目、企业横向项目等10项。第一完成人获南宁市科技进步三等奖、南宁学院教学成果一等奖。以一作（含通讯）发表SCI/EI收录论文11篇，出版学术专著1部，第一发明人授权发明专利13项。

2025 International Conference on Intelligent Transportation and New Energy Technology
2025 International Conference on Intelligent Transportation and New Energy Technology （ITNET 2025） is sponsored by Nanning University will be held in Nanning China from April 25 to 27 2025. The conference aims to explore and demonstrate cutting-edge research results and practical applications focusing on the cross-cutting areas of intelligent transportation systems and new energy technologies. In the context of global climate change and energy crisis the integration of smart transportation and new energy technologies is particularly critical. The topics of the meeting mainly cover intelligent traffic management systems driverless technology electric vehicles and charging infrastructure renewable energy power generation and grid integration. With the development of the Internet of Things big data and artificial intelligence smart transportation has made remarkable progress in improving traffic efficiency and safety. At the same time the development of new energy technologies has promoted the green transformation of transportation systems. This conference will bring together experts and scholars from academia and industry to explore solutions share research results promote continuous innovation in this field and promote the construction of a sustainable intelligent transportation system.

Contribute to Conference Proceedings
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers will be published by conference proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
