2025年信息科学塞上前沿论坛暨信息安全与智能控制学术会议（ISF 2025）将于2025年4月25日至27日在中国银川隆重召开。本次会议由北方民族大学主办，北方民族大学数学与信息科学学院承办，聊城大学数学科学学院协办。ISF 2025旨在汇聚国内外信息科学领域的专家学者，共同探讨信息安全与智能控制的最新研究成果与发展趋势。
会议内容将涵盖信息安全、智能控制、机器学习、物联网安全等多个前沿领域，为与会者提供一个高水平的交流与合作平台，推动信息科学与智能技术的发展与创新。我们诚邀各位学术界和工业界的同仁参加这一盛会，共同分享最新的研究进展与实践经验。

论文出版
所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将递交出版社出版，后由出版社提交至EI 和SCOPUS 检索。

The 2025 Information Science Frontier Forum and the Academic Conference on Information Security and Intelligent Control
The 2025 Information Science Frontier Forum and the Academic Conference on Information Security and Intelligent Control（ISF 2025） will be held from 25 to 27 April 2025 in Yinchuan China. The conference is hosted by the North Minzu University （NMU） organised by the School of Mathematics and Information Science of NMU and co-organised by the School of Mathematical Sciences Liaocheng University. ISF 2025 aims to bring together experts and scholars in the field of information sciences both at home and abroad to discuss the latest research results and development trends in information security and intelligent control. The conference will cover a number of cutting-edge fields such as information security intelligent control machine learning IoT security etc. It will provide a high-level communication and cooperation platform for the participants and promote the development and innovation of information science and intelligent technology. We sincerely invite all colleagues from academia and industry to attend this event and share the latest research progress and practical experience.

Publlication
All papers both invited and contributed will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers of ISF 2025 will be published and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results experimental or theoretical not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
