    第四届控制工程与机器人技术国际研讨会(ISCER 2025),由南方科技大学主办,将于2025年6月23日至25日在深圳举行。控制工程的研究与进步对现代工业的发展起着不可替代的作用,不仅可以有效地控制成本,还可以提高工程的安全性和检测的准确性。在万物互联的当今社会,机器人技术几乎在所有可以想象到的行业中都有着广泛的应用。

    毫无疑问,控制工程和机器人技术之间有着密切的联系。因此,ISCER 2025大会将继续聚焦于控制工程、机器人、人工智能及相关领域,旨在为从事相关研究的专家、学者和技术研发人员提供一个平台来分享科研成果,了解学术发展趋势,拓宽研究思路,加强学术研究和讨论,促进学术成果产业化合作。组委会诚挚邀请国内外高校和研究机构、企业及其他相关人员的专家学者前来投稿参会!

    Welcome to ISCER 2025

    The 2025 4th International Symposium on Control Engineering and Robotics (ISCER 2025) Organized by Southern University of Science and Technology will be held from June 23 to 25 2025 in Shenzhen China. The progress of control engineering plays an irreplaceable role in the development of modern industry. It can not only effectively control the cost but also enhance the safety of the project and the accuracy of detection. Robots have a wide range of applications in practically every industry imaginable. Undoubtedly there are strong relationships between control engineering and robotics. Therefore the ISCER 2025 conference mainly focused on control engineering robotics AI and related fields.

    The purpose of the conference is to provide a platform for experts scholars engineering technicians and technical R&D personnel engaged in the research of control engineering robotics and AI to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies understand academic development trends broaden research ideas strengthen academic research and discussion and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements. We sincerely invite experts and scholars from domestic and foreign universities and research institutions businesses and other related personnel to attend the conference!

    Submission & Review Process

    Submissions should be sent to our submission system before the submission deadline. All submissions will be subjected to preliminary review and peer review (double-blind).

    All papers that conform to the submission guidelines will be sent through two review steps. The preliminary review will take 1-3 working days by the conference committee members; if the submission passes the preliminary review then it will be sent for peer review (double-blind) by 2-3 committee members. The review result comes out within 20 days and will be sent to the authors by email along with the review comments.

    If the paper needs necessary revisions (minor or major revisions) the revised version should be submitted again for peer review by the initial reviewer(s). Authors are allowed to submit the revisions within 7 days. If the revisions are accepted by the initial reviewer(s) then the revised papers will be accepted by the conference. ISCER 2024 does not accept multiple submissions plagiarism or self-plagiarism. Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.

    Publication

    All papers both invited and contributed will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers of ISCER 2024 will be published in the Conference Proceedings and then will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

    Note: All submitted articles should report original results experimental or theoretical not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
