    2025通信技术与数据安全国际研讨会(CTADS 2025)是2025第五届神经网络、信息与通信工程国际学术会议(NNICE  2025)分会场,将于2025年1月10-12日在中国-广州举行。

    CTADS 2025将围绕“通信技术”、"数据安全”等最新研究领域,为来自国内外高等院校、科学研究所、企事业单位的专家、教授、学者、工程师等提供一个分享专业经验,扩大专业网络,面对面交流新思想以及展示研究成果的国际平台,探讨本领域发展所面临的关键性挑战问题和研究方向,以期推动该领域理论、技术在高校和企业的发展和应用,也为参会者建立业务或研究上的联系以及寻找未来事业上的全球合作伙伴。

    CTADS 2025的所有投稿需经过3轮专家审稿,并提交至组委会复核,经过严格的审稿之后,最终录用的论文将由以IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-0796-1) 出版,见刊后由期刊社提交至IEEE Xplore、 EI Compendex和Scopus检索。

    2025 5th International Conference on Neural Networks Information and Communication Engineering

    Welcome to 2025 5th International Conference on Neural Networks Information and Communication Engineering (NNICE 2025) which will be held on January 10-12 2025 in Guangzhou China.

    NNICE 2025 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Neural Networks Information and Communication Engineering to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Neural Networks Information and Communication Engineering. And another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers developers engineers students and practitioners working all around the world.

    It is a great opportunity to find new friends and colleagues meet old ones and attend many high-quality technical activities as well as very enjoyable social ones. We are looking forward to your participation!

    Vincenzo Piuri is Full Professor in Computer Engineering at the University of Milan Italy (since 2000) where he has also been Department Chair (2007-2012). He was Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano Italy (1992-2000) visiting professor at the University of Texas at Austin USA (summers 1996-1999) and visiting researcher at George Mason University USA (summers 2012-2013). He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano Italy. His main research interests are: theory and industrial applications of neural networks pattern analysis and recognition machine learning intelligent measurement systems biometrics signal and image processing for industrial applications fault tolerance application-specific digital processing architectures and arithmetic architectures. His research was performed in national and European projects funded by industries the European Union the Italian Ministry of Research and the National Research Council of Italy. He published innovative results in more than 350 papers in international journals international conference proceedings and book chapters. Vincenzo Piuri was very active in promoting technical activities and internationalization especially in the IEEE. He served on various technical committees of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society the IEEE Computer Society the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society the IEEE Systems Council and the IEEE Biometrics Council. He was Founding Chair or Co-Chair of various technical committees: Technical Committee on Emerging Technologies (2003-05) and Task Force on Homeland Security of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Technical Committee on Intelligent System Applications (2003-05) and Technical Committees on Emergent Technologies (since 1994) Intelligent Measurement Systems (1997-2002) and Security and Contraband Detection (since 2002) of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society. He was Vice Chair of the IEEE NTDC Technical Committee on Biometrics (2005-08) and significantly contributed to the creation of the IEEE Biometric Council (2006-08). He also served as Chair of the Technical Activity Committee on Defect Tolerance of the IEEE Computer Society Test Technology Technical Committee (1995-2006).

    Iickho Song (Fellow IEEE) received the B.S.E. (magna cum laude) and M.S.E. degrees in electronics engineering from Seoul National University Seoul South Korea in 1982 and 1984 respectively and the M.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania Philadelphia PA USA in 1985 and 1987 respectively.He was a member of the Technical Staff at Bell Communications Research Morristown NJ USA in 1987. In 1988 he joined the School of Electrical Engineering Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology Seoul where he is currently a Professor. He has coauthored few books including Advanced Theory of Signal Detection (Springer 2002) Random Variables and Stochastic Processes (Korean Freedom Academy 2014) and Probability and Random Variables: Theory and Applications (Springer 2022); and has published papers on signal detection and mobile communications.Prof. Song is a Fellow of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology (KAST) the IET and the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences (KICS) and a member of the Acoustical Society of Korea (ASK) the Institute of Electronics Engineers of Korea (IEEK) and the Korea Institute of Information Electronics and Communication Technology. He has received several awards including the Young Scientists Award (KAST) in 2000 the Achievement Award (IET) in 2006 and the Hae Dong Information and Communications Academic Award (KICS) in 2006. He has served as the Treasurer for the IEEE Korea Section an Editor for the Journal of the ASK Journal of the IEEK Journal of the KICS Journal of Communications and Networks (JCN) and a Division Editor for the Journal of Communications and Networks (JCN).

    Prof. Xiaoping Li

    Dr. Xiaoping Li is a distinguished professor of the Hundred Talents Program in Gungdong University of Technology. He is an IEEE Senior member and a Distinguished member of China Computer Federation (CCF). He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Applied Computer Science from the Harbin University of Science and Technology in 1993 and 1999 respectively and the Ph.D. degree in Applied Computer Science from the Harbin Institute of Technology in 2002. From Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2004 he did postdoctoral research at the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University Beijing China. From Mar. 2009 to Mar. 2010 he was a visiting professor at the National Research Council London Ontario Canada. He is a full professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering Southeast University Nanjing China.     Prof. Fary Ghassemlooy

    Professor Ghassemlooy received his BSc (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Manchester Metropolitan University in 1981 and his MSc and PhD in Optical Communications from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in 1984 and 1987 respectively with Scholarships from the Engineering and Physical Science Research Council UK. From 1986-87 worked in UMIST and from 1987 to 1988 was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the City University London. In 1988 he joined Sheffield Hallam University as a Lecturer becoming a Reader in 1995 and a Professor in Optical Communications in 1997. From 2004 until 2012 was an Associate Dean for Research in the School of Computing Engineering and Information Sciences and in 2012 he became Associate Dean for Research and Innovation in the Faculty of Engineering and Environment at Northumbria University at Newcastle UK. He also heads the Northumbria Communications Research Laboratories within the Faculty. In 2001 he was a recipient of the Tan Chin Tuan Fellowship in Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore to work on the photonic technology. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Optics and Applications The Mediterranean Journal Electronics and Communications and currently serves on the Editorial Committees of number international journals. He is the founder and the Chairman of the IEEE IET International Symposium on Communication Systems Network and Digital Signal Processing.

    Javid Taheri is a Full Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Queen‘s University Belfast Northern Ireland UK. He received his PhD in Mobile Computing from University of Sydney (Australia) in 2007 and his Bachelor and Masters of Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology Tehran (Iran) in 1998 and 2000 respectively.

    He is the recipient of many awards including being selected as one of the top 200 young researchers in the world by the Heidelberg Forum in 2013 the recipient of several best paper awards since 2007 and the recipient of the prestigious IEEE Middle Career Researcher award from TSCS in Scalable Computing in 2019.     Dongning Liu is a full professor of Guangdong University of Technology in China (2009-now). He was born on Jan. in 1979. He is responsible for teaching discrete math in School of Computer Science and Technology. He is engaged in education and technology transfer on collaborative computing. He is a vice dean of School of Computer Science and Technology. Dr. Liu earned a Ph.D. in Logic at Sun Yat-Sen University Guangzhou China (2007). He was a post Ph.D. in Math at Sun Yat-Sen University (2007-2009). He was a visiting professor in Nipissing UniversityNorth Bay Canada (2015-2016).

    He has published more than 60 papers on computer magazines and international conferences. He is an associate editor for the IEEE Systems Man and Cybernetics Magazine. He is a reviewer for several IEEE Transactions and other journals.     Chen Qingchun male doctor professor doctoral supervisor first-level discipline leader of Information and Communication Engineering of Guangzhou University senior member of IEEE associate editor of IEEE Access member of Information Theory Branch of Chinese Institute of Electronics New Century Outstanding talents of the Ministry of Education Visiting scholar (postdoctoral) of Harvard University USA. He has won the second prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education and the IEEE Globecom Best Paper Award in 2016. In July 1994 he graduated from Chongqing University with a bachelor‘s degree in automatic control; in July 1997 he graduated from Chongqing University with a master‘s degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent control; in March 2004 he graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a Doctor‘s degree in Traffic Information Engineering and control; his dissertation won the 2005 Sichuan Province Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award. From July 2004 to February 2018 he worked in Southwest Jiaotong University as associate professor professor and doctoral supervisor successively. Since March 2018 he has been working in the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Guangzhou University. He is now a professor doctoral supervisor and deputy director of the Institute of Sound Light and Video Technology of Guangzhou University. In the past 5 years he has published more than 50 papers in IEEE and other international journals and IEEE top academic conferences and applied for more than 20 Chinese invention patents.     Tang Liu is currently a professor and vice dean of College of Computer Science at Sichuan Normal University where he directs MobIle computiNg anD intelligence Sensing (MINDs) Lab. He received his B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Electronic and Science of China in 2003 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Sichuan University in 2009 and 2015 respectively. From 2015 to 2016 he was a visiting scholar with the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

    His current research interests include Internet of Things Wireless Networks and Mobile Computing. Dr. Zhao also received a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1998 at University of California Santa Barbara.
