会议论文出版
CVAR 2025所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,会议所录用论文将以论文集的形式提交出版,出版后提交 EI Compendex, Scopus检索。
费用说明:
1、会议稿件费用包含出版、一本纸质版论文集和一位作者参会机会;不包含参会期间交通、住宿费用;
2、被录用且完成注册的论文,如需申请撤稿,将扣除30%的手续费;
3、收费均开具国内正规机打发票,可开“会议注册费”或“版面费”;
4、学生必须向大会秘书处发送适当的文件来证明他们的身份(如学生证)。
参会方式
1、作者参会:一篇录用文章允许一名作者免费参会;
2、主讲嘉宾:申请主题演讲,由组委会审核;
3、口头演讲:申请口头报告,时间为15分钟;
4、海报展示:申请海报展示,A1尺寸,彩色打印;
5、听众参会:不投稿仅参会,也可申请演讲及展示。

Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex Scopus for indexing.
